i grew up in the DIY scene where community is everything. it's so special to be able to share my passion of music with y'all and know those values hold up, regardless of who you are, where you've been, what scene you roll with. i cannot express enough how blessed i am. i'm genuinely just here to write cool shit and hopefully you find something that resonates. the reception for this concert is everything i could have ever hoped, i'll make sure it's a hit ❤️‍🩹

Throwback to a few years ago when some bozo sent me a DM griping about how I had an "unfair advantage" in VTubing because I can draw and can "get engagement art for free." I never replied to that DM because I felt like I didn't have anything nice to say, but thinking back on it - especially in light of everything I've done for my 2.0 debut - I wish I had mustered up the effort to tell them how reductive and pathetic it is to see the passion that artists put into their work, and boil it down to "free engagement." For the last 4 months, I came home from my 9-5 and spent every free evening with my nose buried in my tablet, and went to bed every night feeling accomplished, excited, and fulfilled. I do it out of love for the craft - my heart is brimming with it! Please never mistake my passion as something as vapid as social media engagement, and may this love for the arts find you and take root in your heart. It is a lifelong blessing🖤
