Not “it’s classified.” Not “national security prevents me from answering.” “I don’t want to go to prison.” The man one heartbeat from the presidency just told the American press that the reason he won’t answer questions about a war that has killed 14 Americans — including Major Alex Klinner whose twins are 7 months old — is personal legal self-preservation. He campaigned against endless foreign wars. He is now in the Situation Room approving one. And his reason for silence is prison avoidance. The American people funded this war. American families are burying their children. The Pentagon won’t release a casualty count. The Baghdad embassy just told Americans to flee. JD Vance doesn’t want to go to prison.

If Trump wants Zelenskyy’s help against drones, I think JD Vance to have to fly to Kiev, and sit in the Ukrainian equivalent of the Oval Office and say, “Thank you.”

Our government killed a man yesterday. And instead of demanding & opening an investigation into the killing, our government IMMEDIATELY labeled the man a “domestic terrorist.” Immediately. That’s what fascist regimes do. It should send a chill down the spine of every American.
