I was asked yesterday, what makes Blinn successful athletically, No brainer: the team beyond the team! So grateful!

To all that aspire to be head coaches in college, remember this: Coaching is collaborative but being a head coach is a solitary experience. "Coaching is built on collaboration, but head coaching is often lived in solitude. You gather input from everyone, but the weight of the decision always rests on one chair."
