💭Really enjoyed listening to @Danielle138252 and @CoachB_ABCA today! Nuggets 🔑 Weaponize-Identify psychological strengths and use them purposefully. Drill-Prac mental skills as much as physical ones. Train-Build consistency under pressure. Compete-Perform when it matters most.
