Really interested to see what the potential NCAA rule change of 5 years in 5 years does to wrestling rooms and does this mean there will be a transfer portal rule as well? Looking forward to seeing what’s going to happen.

@claydoggydogg @GOATRodgersSZN I just pulled his stats. I was wrong about the K numbers. His OPS is .917 which is outstanding. He’s also a 1st round pick. So in-essence Fischer is blocked from being moved up. Unless they plan to move him over to 3rd base. Not a bad problem to have. It’ll work itself out

@BrewerNation Sorry yes you are correct. If you are not on the 40 man roster however, you are available to play next season in the minors. I have no idea who is on the Brewers 40 man, but if they aren’t, the team won’t want them sitting out next season IMO. That’s my guess on their thinking

@MatthewMKE98 With next season in doubt a player in the MLB is in the union. Any player on the 40 man but not in the MLB has the choice to join or not. All non union players will play in the minors next season. Guessing they want as many guys playing & developing next year. Just a thought.

@AdamMcCalvy Waiting on prospects who won’t get called up this season. Then they’ll trade Contreras after season, long work stoppage, prospects play all next season in the minors while MLB doesn’t and they roll in 2027. That has to be their thinking. Make sense? I don’t know but it could.
