Thinking you’re “good enough” is exactly why you’ll never be great. There’s always another level. You either chase perfection or settle into mediocrity.

It’s unfortunate people are moving in this manner and motivated by the money instead of the goodness of their heart to actual help the next generation be better. But like he said when you make something a hustle you’ll have people that come in with bad intentions. This is why discernment is so crucial and having a good foundation of people that can guide you and are doing what’s best for you and not their self.

Here are some highlights of my on my Junior season. Didn’t go how we planned it but was able to make it to the Elite 8, and had a great season.

Champions are made in the offseason.

Who needs a big?? 6’6 240. Plays hard. Rebounds , screens hard. Big presence in the middle. 3.4 GPA and is super coachable and listens. Talking to a couple D3s now.

Great day to be a Warrior. We had a recruit on campus today, returners in the gym working out and a sophomore on a visit at a four year.

I just need one chance one opportunity. I’m READY!

Very intense moment but great coaching holding her accountable while still encouraging her by saying I BELIEVE IN YOU. This player is going to be successful in life because she is able to keep her cool while processing the information without letting her emotions get the best of her.

S/O to everyone that worked out today. Had three of my youth train today. Then I had a soph and junior in HS work out with one of the best freshmen JUCO college guards today for two hours then they played ones for 45 mins. Don’t tell me you want it bad but you not willing to workout on a Friday night!

@CoachFazzi Just finished a 2 hour workout with me tonight then got ones for 40 mins this kid is the type of player any coach would love to have!

Jah had an amazing first year.. Huge part of getting us to 21 wins.. Put in the work with our assistants, and always in the gym..

Everyone wants to be great but not everyone is willing to put the work in required to be great and make the sacrifices required to be great.

Led the NATION in assists as a freshman. 7.1 APG. 178 total assists

All-Region (1 of 2 freshmen) I’ve pushed him hard. He never folded. Jah is DIFFERENT. His work ethic is unmatched, mentally TOUGH, and he LOVES THE GAME! Scholarship programs you’re late if he’s not on your radar. Sophomore year gonna be scary.
