@CoachRobBreton This is so true! My 18 year old daughter has found this out the hard way. Having to disappoint coaches has been the hardest part. Most are very good but in order to find the right fit. It’s a very difficult process. One I wish we knew more about. It can be overwhelming

And if your honesty is received poorly by a Coach or Recruiter, then that wasn't the place for you to begin with.
This process will make you have difficult conversations all the time. It will force you to grow or take the easier route and lie.
Both choices have an outcome...

PSA's - The recruiting process will have you navigating situations you may never have before. Liking one schools academics, but another schools athletics. Its confusing, & scary and challenging.
Don't lose your integrity in the process of having hard conversations! Not worth it

@coachcolton One of my favorite recruiting questions. Creates tons of scenarios to speak about which most players will experience in their process. Internal talk and knowing what you are really chasing v what you are willing to accept is a huge piece to the process.
