Three ways to deal with Pressure: 1.) Realize that everything is a 72-hour story. The more you study this, the more you realize it’s true — and that awareness gives you perspective. 2.) Realize that praise and criticism are the same. The more you let praise affect you, the more you allow criticism to affect you. 3.) Focus on serving the moment. Pressure and anxiety come from the past or future time zones. The stress-free zone is the present moment.
