Lady Govs win final home game of the season, 4-3. Wallace and Chatt Valley will play another DH on Friday at 11 AM in Phenix City. Jordyn Thornton got the win in the circle. 7IP, 8H, 3ER, BB, K Ava Allsup and Lana Carpenter had home runs in the win.

Lady Govs take game one, 15-9, over Chatt Valley. Lana Carpenter had two HRs, a double, and 3 RBI Barefield 3-5, 2 2B, RBI Allsup 3-4, 2B, HR, 6 RBI Tabor 3-4, 2 RBI Kidder and Andrews each had two hits. Everyone in the lineup collected at least one hit for a team total of 19.

Two of our golfers made the All Tournament team. Trenton Ables finished in 5th place and Cooper Weeks was right behind him in 7th.

NJCAA Championship bound! Our men’s golf battled today and took second place. They will advance to the NJCAA D2 Men’s Golf Chanpionship in Plymouth, Indiana.

After falling behind 5-0 in the top of the 3rd, the Lady Govs scored four in the bottom of the third then tied it up on a solo HR by Kennedy Hussey in the 6th. ESCC pushed two runs across in the B8 to take the 7-5 win. Hussey finished the game 3-5 with a 2B, HR, & RBI.

Our Men’s Golf Team started the day 12 strokes back but came all the way back to win the ACCC D2 CHAMPIONSHIP this afternoon by six strokes over Shelton State Trenton Ables also won the Individual Championship by six strokes.
