Wasn’t able to post this until now. Since in the NCAA’s infinite wisdom you cannot post voluntary off season workouts. Heaven forbid amongst NIL and the portal a D3 kid on no scholarship or NIL gets a little recognition. Carter Chandler worked his butt off, never missed workout , never missed reps. Got the OL all time school record at 760. First video is 760, second was his 740 #backsquat #d3football #footballtraining #strengthandconditioning #workout

Another great week for our sub-varsity Willis Throwers! 4 total PRs! JV girls took 5th and 8th Freshman boys took 🥇 🥉 and 4th JV boys took 4th and 7th! Consistent practice has been paying off for these Wildkats!
