@ObservareOps yeah that’s pretty much the direction I was thinking too… heartbeat-based feels the simplest I’ve been exploring it more from the alert side though — making sure the failure actually gets noticed and not missed

@TTrimoreau 1. Validate the idea with potential users if no one cares about the problem, nothing else really matters

When you launch a new SaaS or app, what is the very first thing you do? 1. Validate the idea with potential users 2. Build a quick MVP 3. Set up a landing page and collect emails 4. Define the target audience and positioning 5. Start talking about it publicly (build in public)

@KaiXCreator B2B SaaS — clearer problems and people are more willing to pay if it saves time or money

@dioveoai true… the small daily annoyances are easy to ignore but probably the most valuable to solve

What’s a small but annoying problem in your daily work? What’s one small, annoying problem in your daily work that you wish a simple tool could fix? Not big ideas — just real frustrations. Curious 👇 #buildinpublic #SaaS #indiehackers

@mitoledano that’s real… context switching is actually more annoying than it sounds feels like every tool solves one thing but breaks focus overall interesting problem to think about

@CodesManikandan Context switching between tools. I'll be deep in code and have to jump to Notion to log something, Slack to reply, then back. By the time I'm back the flow is gone. A single unified workspace that doesn't break focus would genuinely change my day.

Technical writing becomes easier when you stop trying to sound smart and start trying to be clear. I explained this in my latest article👇 medium.com/p/why-technica…
