As @scotgov's #FairWorkFestival2026 enters its final day, it’s worth recognising the commitment Scotland’s colleges show to delivering #FairWork - from early Living Wage adoption to strengthened national bargaining and local wellbeing initiatives. College Employers Scotland looks forward to continuing our work with government, trade unions and partners to ensure colleges remain leaders in Fair Work as the next phase of implementation takes shape.
