Got Rosie a new dress today, to wear for her mum's funeral. Was going to look for something black, but thought sod it, she can be in something nice. It'll be a difficult enough day for her as is. It's blue & white with flowers & bunny rabbits on it. So there.

@EmmaJanesLife I’m estranged from a step sister, we used to be close but unfortunately things went wrong. Saw her at a family funeral and she blanked me then tried to get in touch via a letter. I’m sorry but it was to little to late.

It is my sister's birthday today I have found today, and the build up, extremely hard We are estranged. It's far deeper than a difference of opinion or 'fall out' so please don't judge I'm not sorry but I am very sad things couldn't have been different

The pursuit of Boris continues. He's been a bit spooked the last couple of days which is my fault for rotating the bed mattress whilst he was under it. As a result his appetite has dulled a bit but he's fine in every other way, and he came out tonight before I went to bed. 😸

I bet Rochdale are bitterly regretting the game towards the beginning of the season when their manager decided to field an entirely rotated 11 away to Brackley. We won, but if Rochdale had managed a victory, they would be celebrating promotion right now. Of course, there is no guarantee they would have been victorious if they'd fielded a stronger side, but given the way we've played for most of the season, it is at least worthy of consideration.

I had to charge £200 for extra cleaning on our Cornwall Airbnb this week. £400 a night and look what they did. Wine rings on the slate. Cups everywhere. A candle burnt to nothing. In our day you left a place better than you found it. Now they walk away like it's a hotel.
