@HLutu6 I remember taking Home Economics @ Stephen M White & Carnegie Jr High Schools…According to my kids, they don’t teach it anymore. Funny thing is I’ve already knew how to do a lot of things that was being taught - like making rice, in that class. I guess LAUSD ain’t the same?

I don’t think posting workout videos is for me. I’m going to try and document other things that I want to learn or improve on like 1) Learn a new talent. 2) Learn a new sport. And 3) Read more books. And I think I’ll start tomorrow 👍. Wish me luck. ✌️
