May 22 is international #BiodiversityDay! Together with the Landscape care association (LPV Nordwestsachen) and three elementary school classes, we celebrated it identifying plants, insects and birds and the important roles farmers have. Happy International #BiodiversityDay!

Our #ECO2SCAPE field work season continues: we spent four days in northern Saxony to asses plant diversity on set-aside fields. Thanks to all of the students @tudresden_de helping in the field!

Our second farmer and scientist #ECO2SCAPE networking meeting took place last Friday. Field work, interview results, and co-designed measures were discussed. We are very happy about the constructive and good exchange and are looking forward to the further cooperation. 👩‍🌾🌍👩‍🔬

The @EarthBridgeEU project has been launched🥳! This project will enable sharing experiences among #EarthObservation 🛰️scientists in Czechia @kpv_fzp, Germany @EnvRS_TUD, and Italy @Unibo.

Very excited 🤩 to have started a new project at @CompLandEcol with AnnaCord. We will use AI for biodiversity monitoring 🐺🦜in the @Sca_DS project. Still working on my PhD project with @carstmey on improving global LUC maps 🌍. Updates coming during this year 😇
