بدأت شركة "كفاءة" مشروع تقييم المترشحين لبرنامج تطوير الخريجين الجدد التابع للبنك الأهلي. إن برنامج تطوير الخريجين الجدد يهدف إلى إعداد قيادات المستقبل في البنك. سوف يحصل الخريجون الجدد الذين يكملون البرنامج بنجاح على فرص أفضل لتسريع مسارهم الوظيفي في البنك @ahlibank

We have started an assessment project for @ahlibank Accelerated Graduate Development Prog for fresh graduates, which aims at grooming the graduates to become future leaders within the bank.On successfull completion of the prog they would get an opportunity within the organisation

احتفلنا مؤخرا بتخريج الدفعة الثالثة من برنامج الكفاءات الحكومية، وقد تم تخريج عدد ثماني وأربعون من مدراء العموم ومن في حكمهم من مؤسسات القطاع الخاص والعام.   شراكة حقيقية بين القطاع الخاص والعام تمويلا وتنفيذا.

Evaluation is a key to mark the success of any program!  LDP3 program ended with project presentations where  each working group was asked to present their learning project followed by a Q&A session with  industry specialists from the evaluation committee.

التقييم هو اساس تأكيد النجاح! شهد اليوم نهاية برنامج الكفاءات الحكومية في نسخته الثالثة مختتما بعروض لمشاريع الفرق المشاركه، حيث طلب من كل فريق عمل تقديم مشروعه التعلمي وتبع ذلك جلسة للأسئلة لتقييم المشاريع من قبل أعضاء لجنة التقييم والتي شملت بعضا من المختصين في تلك القطاعات.

ضمن برنامج الكفاءات الحكومية في نسخته الثالثة،كان من دواعي سرورنا استضافة المكرم الفاضل/سلام بن سعيد الشقصي الرئيس التنفيذي لبنك العز الإسلامي في الجلسة الرابعة من لقاء شخصية قيادية.وقد ثمن المشاركون النصائح القيمة والمعلومات الثرية في مجال القيادة التي عكست خبرته العملية الطويلة

استضافت شركة بريد عمان المدير التنفيذي لشركتنا المهندس عامر الفاضل،ضمن جلسات برنامج ( الاجتماع مع شخصية قيادية).حيث كانت جلسة مثرية روى خلالها أمثلة ملهمة من وحي تجربته الشخصية، مشجعاً الموظفين على اتخاذ قرارات جريئة والعمل بشغف وتحقيق أثر في مكان العمل @omanpost

في إطار سعينا المتواصل لمنح المشاركين في برنامج الكفاءات الحكومية في نسخته الثالثة الفرصة لخوض غمار التجربة في عالم الشركات، قمنا بتنظيم الرحلة الميدانية الرابعة في البرنامج وكانت إلى البنك الوطني العمانيلتسليط الضوء على تجربة البنك العريقة والمتميزة في خدمة العملاء. @NBOBank

As part of LDP3 program, It was an honor to have The Honorable Mr. Salaam Said Al Shaksy, CEO of @alizz_islamic Bank at the 4th #MeettheLeader session. His practical knowledge & expertise coupled with his insights on leadership were the key takeaways for the participants.

In continuation to our commitment in providing practical knowledge to our trainees in #LDP3 program, we organized a visit to the HR department of @RoyalOmanPolice. The objective of the visit was to gain knowledge in ROP experience in digital transformation

Connecting minds, driving inspiration! A wonderful ‘Meet the leader’ session was held with Mr. Abdul Rehman Al Hatmi – Group CEO of @AsyadGroup, with an aim to interact on a varied range of leadership topics and share their valuable experiences.
