On April 6th, Led by Dr. Tseng Chien-Yuan, chairman of the Citizen Congress Watch. a delegation of 14 human rights scholars from Europe and America visited Taiwan. During their first stop, the delegation met with the president of the Legislative Yuan, You, Si-Kun.
