One regret I have: I wish I'd taken math seriously much earlier. It quietly becomes an unfair advantage everywhere - competitive exams, coding, AI, physics, finance, even research. If you're starting from scratch, build your foundation with math first.

I’m working at a project for sign language translation using videos. I have a rudimentary model that can recognize hand symbols, but obviously that is VERY simple. I want to be able to translate full videos to text/speech so that people who speak using sign language can have a sign-to-type system. Is there anyone working at this? I want to know what currently exists and I’d love to know if anyone knows anything about this?
