BrassTranscripts Expands AI Prompt Library to 104 Templates with Sales and Pricing Calculators
BrassTranscripts announces the expansion of its free AI prompt library from 94 to 104 templates, adding specialized tools for sales teams, multilingual transcription users, and professionals seeking transparent pricing analysis. The January 2026 content release includes four comprehensive guides and ten new AI prompts available on GitHub.
Sales Call Analysis Without Enterprise Pricing
The new Sales Call Transcription guide provides a complete framework for building conversation intelligence capabilities at a fraction of enterprise platform costs. Sales teams can transcribe calls for $2.50-$6 each and use four new AI prompts to extract objection patterns, buying signals, competitor mentions, and coaching opportunities from transcripts. The prompts include a Comprehensive Sales Call Analyzer for full conversation assessment, an Objection Pattern Extractor for identifying recurring prospect concerns, a Buying Signal Detector for recognizing purchase intent indicators, and a Competitor Intelligence Extractor for tracking competitive positioning in real conversations.
99+ Language Support Documentation
The Non-English Transcription guide documents accuracy expectations across the 99+ languages supported by the platform. The guide categorizes languages into three tiers based on training data availability: Tier 1 languages including English, Spanish, German, French, Italian, Portuguese, and Japanese achieve the highest accuracy, while Tier 2 and Tier 3 languages show progressively variable results. The guide addresses common multilingual scenarios including code-switching between languages, accented English handling, and non-Latin script output for languages like Mandarin, Arabic, and Russian.
Personalized Pricing Calculator Prompts
Six new AI prompts function as personalized pricing calculators for specific professional scenarios. The Podcaster Calculator computes monthly transcription costs based on episode frequency and duration. The Research Project Calculator helps academics budget multi-interview qualitative studies. The Sales Team Calculator analyzes ROI for sales call transcription programs.Additional calculators address content creators managing YouTube channels, subscription versus pay-per-use decision analysis, and enterprise volume planning across departments.
WhisperX Alternative for Developers
The WhisperX Alternative guide addresses developers and technical teams evaluating self-hosted transcription against managed services. The guide compares infrastructure costs, maintenance overhead, and break-even analysis for different volume scenarios, helping technical decision-makers choose between GPU management and pay-per-use pricing.
Open Source Distribution
All 104 prompts remain freely available on GitHub in both Markdown and YAML formats under MIT license. The BrassTranscripts blog provides detailed implementation guides, use case examples, and workflow documentation for each prompt category. For the complete prompt library and new guides, visit brasstranscripts.com/blog.

BrassTranscripts Introduces Flat-Rate Pricing with Up to 67% Savings on Long-Form Audio
New $6 Flat Rate for Files 16-120 Minutes Delivers Major Savings for Podcasters, Researchers, and Meeting Transcription
REDWOOD CITY, Calif. - Dec. 22, 2025 - PRLog -- BrassTranscripts announces a simplified pricing structure that delivers significant cost reductions for customers transcribing long-form audio and video content. The new flat-rate model replaces per-minute pricing for files over 15 minutes, resulting in savings of up to 67% for two-hour recordings.
The updated pricing structure establishes two tiers: $2.50 flat for files 1-15 minutes, and $6 flat for files 16-120 minutes. The change eliminates variable per-minute calculations and provides predictable costs regardless of file length within each tier.
Customers transcribing longer content see the largest benefits. A 60-minute meeting recording now costs $6 instead of the previous $9—a 33% reduction. A 90-minute podcast episode drops from $13.50 to $6, saving 56%. Two-hour recordings see the maximum savings, falling from $18 to $6—a 67% cost reduction.
The pricing change follows infrastructure improvements that reduced operational costs while increasing transcription quality. BrassTranscripts processes audio using WhisperX large-v3 for speech recognition and Pyannote 3.1 for automatic speaker identification. Recent optimizations to the processing pipeline enabled faster turnaround and lower per-file costs, which the company is passing directly to customers.
"Long-form content creators have been our fastest-growing segment," said BrassTranscripts. "Podcasters transcribing weekly episodes, researchers processing interview recordings, and teams transcribing lengthy meetings all benefit from predictable flat-rate pricing. A 90-minute file costing the same as a 20-minute file removes the cost anxiety from longer recordings."
The flat-rate structure particularly benefits use cases common among professional users:
Podcast transcription: Episodes typically run 45-90 minutes. A weekly podcaster transcribing 60-minute episodes saves $156 annually under the new pricing.
Meeting documentation: Team meetings and client calls often run 60-90 minutes. Organizations transcribing 10 meetings monthly save $30-75 per month.
Research interviews: Academic and UX researchers conducting 60-90 minute interviews see immediate cost reductions of 33-56% per recording.
All transcriptions continue to include automatic speaker identification, four output formats (TXT, SRT, VTT, JSON), and the 30-word preview before purchase. Processing time remains 1-3 minutes per hour of audio.
The new pricing is effective immediately for all new transcriptions.

I built a transcription tool. Then realized raw transcripts are useless.
You get a wall of text with "Speaker 0" and "Speaker 1" labels and... now what?
So I started building prompts. 90+ of them.
The biggest unlock: make the prompt ask clarifying questions before it runs.
