For years I’ve been the girl overthinking captions, studying analytics, testing formats, talking about strategy, building communities, and explaining that social media is more than “just posting.”
To me it has always been deeper than that. It’s storytelling. It’s understanding people. It’s knowing how the internet moves and how content turns into real opportunities.
So being invited to speak about something I genuinely care about will never feel normal to me.
Grateful for the opportunity. Truly.
Because sometimes the thing people think you’re doing “too much” about is the exact thing that opens doors for you.
Thank you @themomentconf
Thank you @whichayo for always believing in me
Thank you @themainstack for always.
The past 63 hours in Nigeria have been special. Social media continues to open doors and create moments like these for me that I will never take for granted.
Even though it was a short trip, it was a beautiful one.
There’s always love at home, so it’s not good bye, it’s just see you soon.
Next up- Adobe Live.

The cost of community is inconvenience.
This is perhaps the single-most important advice to people in their 20s and 30s.

everyone wants a village, but no one wants to be a villager > drive your friends to the airport > go to their party even when you're tired > stop cancelling last minute > host at your place > support the wins & losses it's worth every ounce of effort

Hate to break it to you guys but sometimes you have to do things you don’t like for the sake of having a community. Avoiding consistency with the people in your life is working against us and the data already shows it. If you think connections can be sustained on absence carry on
