Sorry Gavin, that’s a rubbish take…no pun intended. I regularly, and I mean REGULARLY see people throwing garbage out their car windows.
If you don’t drive and you have garbage on your person, the solution isn’t to throw it on the road, in a bush etc. GOJ has a major responsibility, but so do the people. Be responsible
