Will everyone be given a warning? The whole site uses those words. In fact, the site wants us to retweet things. It wants engagement. It seems like it’s doing something to its own foot now. Which I can’t spell out bc the last did I used that expression I was banned for promoting sui….. The whole place will be silenced and people will be terribly confused.

🚨 Grok is being trained to detect engagement farming and downrank it automatically.

@babybeginner Yeah there’s sometimes where asking to share a post makes sense. But so many accounts have abused it so I think we won’t be able to do it at all now.

So what does this mean? We can’t ask people to spread an important post any more? UGH. Now the words share or retweet or tell your friends or spread the word will all be banned? These are the most common words on every social media post. Will we all be punished now for how we speak? Now we can’t mark something as important?

January 16: “Write more Articles!” March 6: “Listen to Articles, instead of reading them!” March 18: “Read AI summaries of articles because articles are regretted user minutes!” X sure is an interesting platform.

@CreeCoder The problem is that there are lots of legitimate ways to solicit engagement too, can they be sure they're going to filter them properly?
