Crozer Health recently received the Community Partnership Award from the Chester Community Coalition which recognizes the ongoing efforts by our team who provide critical care and support to those in our communities who are affected by gun-related violence.

Our Crozer-Chester Medical Center and EMS teams were recently recognized for providing lifesaving care to a trauma patient. Caring for our patients is an honor and privilege that we do not take lightly, and we were proud to help this patient achieve a positive outcome.
