Assez culotté votre tweet #NotAllBanks alors que cela fait plusieurs jours que mes fonds en euros sont gelés chez vous, sans solution concrète. Je suis client premium depuis plusieurs mois et, jusqu’ici, tout se passait bien. Puis contrôle, compte gelé, et plus aucun accès à mes euros, alors même que j’en ai besoin pour travailler et payer mes factures. Très décevant, surtout pour un acteur qui se revendique proche de l’univers crypto et prétend être différent des banques traditionnelles. Aux utilisateurs déjà présents comme à ceux qui songeraient à s’inscrire sur @DeblockApp_FR , gardez une chose en tête, tant que tout fonctionne, l’alternative paraît séduisante. Mais le jour où vous devenez réellement dépendant des fonds que vous détenez sur leur service, et qu’ils ont le pouvoir de vous empêcher d’accéder à votre propre argent, et que le support manque en plus de réactivité malgré l’urgence de la situation, avec plus de 24 heures sans retour depuis mon dernier message, vous découvrez que les problèmes que vous pensiez fuir des banques tradi peuvent réapparaître ici, sous une forme similaire, voire encore plus pénalisante. Je rappelle au passage que votre slogan en page d’accueil est “Own Your Money”. C’est tout de même assez ironique lorsqu’en pratique vous pouvez empêcher un client d’accéder à son propre argent pendant plusieurs jours, sans solution concrète ni réactivité du support.
