It’s all to do with REM and sleep is intrinsically tied to your mental health and psychical health, hence it’s complications. Still, super good to read up on

I’ve seen people at my work sleep on there 30 minute lunch and it just surprises me

If you go over 30 you wanna try and wake up around 90 minutes in to complete 1 sleep cycle. An hour in is in the middle of one and can make you groggy
