Blaming the staff for Tim Hortons being mid is a tired take. The quality has tanked everywhere regardless of who’s working. It’s clearly a corporate ingredient problem, but people would rather be weirdly biased than admit the franchise just sold out on its recipes.

My man pointed out that I’m not being very honest in reviewing so here is to another shot: Blending dark character study, high-stakes courtroom drama, and a musical is an ambitious swing that absolutely came through and paid off. It’s bold & experimental, loved every min. of it.

Stop looking for a standard comic book movie and appreciate Joker: Folie à Deux for what it is: a gritty, melodic fever dream. It’s a tragedy wrapped in a musical that dares to challenge the audience. History will be much kinder to this movie than the critics were.

The Immortal Man is a masterclass in how to ruin a great premise with a rushed script and Zero internal logic. I’d genuinely prefer no movie at all over this absolute mess. Absolutely love Cillian tho.
