@autcareandshare Planning ahead is key, any changes to routine can be difficult no matter how small it may feel to us. My son texts on a daily basis to ask me what we are having for dinner. I try to plan as much as possible. I love the sound of your Saturdays!

Good morning all, was woken up at 5am by Ryan asking what we're watching on the cinema Saturday, i replied the "faraway tree", then he asks what's for lunch...5guys...what's for tea..."pulled pork sandwiches", he's either testing me or needing reassurance, which could possibly be because of the clocks going forward thus weekend, any changes to routine and he'll ask for reassurance, many years ago when Ryan was non verbal i did a simplified version to help Ryan through changes, so Saturday would be, "bed, breakfast,cinema, tea" then I'd do the same for Sunday then Monday, I wanted to show him that despite the routine changes to something like the clocks, that these key things will not change he'll always go to bed, always have breakfast, these are solid routines these are the anchor points, over the years more details were added, and now Ryan's flipped the script hell now ask me when hes feeling anxious, so this morning needing all those details I know hes likely anxious. And before you ask what's for dinner Sunday....its roast lamb. Have a great day everyone.

Film 26 Today’s offerings. Official Secrets. Big Ralph Fiennes fan, will watch anything with him in, even in a supporting role. Very well structured film. 7/10 Heretic. Wow. Genuinely tense film, Hugh Grant is absolutely outstanding in this, my film of the week 9/10
