Theres this common misconception around football discourse that I see used in comparing players. A player looking more “elegant” or “smooth” in no way makes him better than another player. I could say Hazard is fun to watch. Sure he’s very fluid and agile. That doesn’t make him any less of a bum. His champions league record is horrific and his premier league record isn’t impressive at all. Learn the difference when comparing players please and thank you.
