It feels weird to say this, but after passing two more final exams, I’ll have my bachelor’s in accounting and financial management.

Had a VOD review with a high school team the other day. It was interesting since the teacher who booked the session was allowed to take the members out of their classes to do the session, while there was more pressure on me to make it worth the missed class time.😅

Teaching isn’t purely about criticizing what someone does wrong. Mentioning what they do right is just as, if not more important. People need confirmation and affirmation that they’re doing some things right. It helps build confidence regarding their own progress and growth.

You can take what I said however you want, but this is my initial thought after teaching inside and out of gaming for almost seven years, while considering people’s opinions regarding coaching and the quality of it.

Nonetheless, play or improve in a way that makes you feel the most comfortable. I understand that a lot more goes into excelling at anything, such as proper diagnosis, feedback, communication, discipline, and more. I also understand that everyone’s brain is wired differently.
