币圈的Pharos和港股协鑫这次合作，看起来是一种通过币股互换的新型DAT，这可能会成为后续DAT币股联动的另一种模式。做新能源光伏设备的上市公司协鑫宣布对Pharos进行10亿美金估值的认购价值2亿港币，但其实是用协鑫自己的股份置换，协鑫需要分5批定向增发给Pharos总共高达10%的股份，在Pharos TGE后支付一半，换得对Pharos未来代币的行权。值得关注的是如果Pharos TGE后3个月FDV低于7.6亿美金，则后续批次终止，这个在熊市算是非常高的估值了。 首先对于Pharos来说是比较划算的利好deal，在TGE就可以开局直接拿到一家上市公司5%的股份，位居大股东行列。其次在业务上，可以将港交所公告里提到的价值2.5亿美金的设备和电力资产上链锁定TVL。 而对于协鑫也是双赢，他们目前主营业务是太阳能发电站，传统光伏行业属于重资产薄利润，所以也一直在尝试转型升级，在24年就和蚂蚁数科一起发行过光伏RWA项目，在25年又和中国通信院共同制定了RWA技术标准，之前已经试水一段时间，这次则是通过股币置换的方式深度绑定Pharos，如果能把自己的叙事升级成RWA算力科技公司。 所以Pharos选择协鑫合作也不是只得到了一些股份和资金，毕竟协鑫在上市公司里算对区块链已经投入比较深的了，双发的业务也比较契合。
