The 4-3 majority opinion is a 20-page rambling discourse on semantics drawing on Ralph Waldo Emerson and Samuel Johnson. The dissent by the Chief Justice concisely shreds it by quoting the law and VA Constitution. Four people overturned 3 million votes, and it’s 1000% political.

🚨 THIS IS INSANE... the Clinton email case was allegedly boxed in before the FBI could even move. Former CIA Director John Ratcliffe says Lisa Page admitted under oath that Obama’s DOJ told the FBI not to even consider charging Hillary Clinton over her classified email scandal. Not after the facts. Not after the investigation. From the start. Even with the “gross negligence” issue on the table, Ratcliffe says the outcome was protected at the top. And somehow they still want Americans to believe there was no favoritism? Come on.

Five months ago, I argued against the President's $4 trillion tariffs at the Supreme Court. In 237 years, the Court had never struck down a sitting President's signature initiative. Legal scholars said it was impossible. Some of my own colleagues said it was impossible. We won. 6-3. But the real story isn't what happened in that courtroom. @ByCarterWalker The PA Supreme Court is dominated by Democrats. They do whatever Democrat leaders want them to do, like approving counting late and unsigned ballots. They would have no problem with this map.

This map would probably not be legal. PA has a constitutional requirement that elections be “free and equal” and severely gerrymandered maps have been shot down by the courts in the recent past.

@WSJ @WSJopinion They haven't been independent for 30 years. They continually raise rates when a Republican is President and lower them or keep them low when a Democrat is President. Over 90% of Federal Reserve economists are Democxrats.
