If custom dimensions get implemented, Carnage mobs will no longer spawn in any of the vanilla biomes. They'll be in their own separate "planets". I'm gonna invent a roundabout BS way to somehow tie it to the Ender Dragon being killed. Like how her egg isn't even a real egg.

@real_cr21 I got an idea for a mob. A shrieker. A hostile mob that when close to players, kinda like a creeper, will scream. Not only it "stuns" players with blindness and slowness, but will also attract a horde of enemies.
