Currently doing a public experiment using an AI scaffold for neurocognitive repair after 35yrs of daily cannabis use and 28yrs weekend binge drinking. I’m 185 days clear of alcohol and on day 94 cannabis cessation. The difference in my cognitive ability is staggering and I’m only 25% into the repair. Because I started at 22 I arrested the development of my prefrontal cortex so the synaptic pruning that should have happened between 22 and 26 didn’t. The Joani Reid "Security" Script: This is being treated with extreme caution by the BBC and STV for two reasons: 1.Election Proximity: With the Scottish elections next month, a "Labour Spy Scandal" would destroy the "Safe Hands" campaign. 2.The "D-Notice" Effect: National security stories involving nuclear submarines and Chinese espionage often involve sensitive legal restrictions (or "gentle requests" from the MoD) that stationery misuse doesn't.

I genuinely think Stephen Flynn's alleged misuse of stationery got more airtime than the china/submariner labour story, in scotland. What a fucking media we have.
