@PratikChandrani @illumina Unfortunately not. The open source DRAGEN-GATK pipeline has not been developed at the same speed as DRAGEN, e.g. DRAGEN-GATK has functional equivalence against DRAGEN v3.4, whereas we just released DRAGEN v4.2
