@primetimeMitch The Big East has Seton Hall and the A10 has George Mason, so the conferences are represented. If Indiana and Purdue said no, Wisconsin is next up. If Miss St. and Florida said no, Missouri is next up. Otherwise, no B1G or SEC.

A second-tier tournament like the WBIT should not be designed to reward mediocre Power 4 teams. In addition to Davidson, just wild to me that Marquette and East Carolina aren't in this field either. Wisconsin? Missouri? Georgia Tech? Give me a break.

@joshbmessenger I can't swear I'd ever heard of the WBIT before 45 minutes ago, but judging from the teams in it this year, it has surpassed the WNIT in prestige.

This is Troy’s ninth total postseason appearance under Chanda Rigby and first in the WBIT, which started in 2024. Troy has now made the NCAA, WNIT and WBIT under Rigby.
