One problem I've noticed is that people don't judge leaders based on performance in the rural areas. Once govt builds flyovers and maintain urban areas, they'll say he's the best. People forget that most of us in urban areas have a community of origin that's completely forgotten

This my corper babe from Enugu state, just dey make shame catch me for this Delta state. She said she couldn't believe this is the Warri, she has been hearing about all this while. Even with all the oil money, Enugu has far better roads and infrastructure than Delta state.
