That said, did Jun Senoue attend a bunch of western music festivals in the mid 2000s? That's the only way I can imagine him getting names like Magna-Fi, Jullien-K and the like. The 2000s era Sonic OSTs' wide spread of vocal artists is something I'm so happy to see returning.

Also the multiple other composers who debuted in TSR and went on to contribute to Frontiers, Superstars, Shadow Gens and Crossworlds can't be denied either. Love that shit, keep it up as long as they keep producing bangers!

I was listening to the 2000's era Sonic OSTs at work today and I had to take a moment to ask think about how frequently the series have headway to artists outside Sega's in-house composers. Really glad Frontiers featuring Kellin Quinn and One OK Rock brought it back in a big way.
