@sergededina Brrr! I paddled out in 4/3 no hood in 48-degree Cannon Beach, OR once and I was seeing double after losing my board and swimming under a few waves before retrieving it. Dreaming of south swells, save for the whole Punta Bandera thing.

Okay—to provide context I surfed Vancouver Island in the spring and South Island NZ in the middle of winter—and it was just a few degrees colder 48-49. Anything under 55 is downright 4/3 hood, booties, gloves etc. Enjoy the spring!
