@lab_peters @teichlab @Muzz_Haniffa @ClatworthyLab Evaluation of clonal T cell dynamics showed that the fastest expanding clones were significantly enriched in known SARS-CoV-2 specific sequences and shared across multiple patients. Our analyses also revealed novel TCR clones that are likely reactive to SARS-CoV-2.

We performed dense longitudinal sampling during infection, allowing us to study intra-individual changes over time among patients with a wide spectrum of COVID-19 severity.

@Dr_James_Lee The paper outlines the central role of ETS2 in driving macrophage inflammatory responses, dissects how this distal enhancer for ETS2 expression is a risk locus in numerous genetic studies and outlines new therapeutic possibilities in IBD.
