@AxxessInternet Gonna reimburse me for the mobile data I’ve used? Or the month of internet I havnt received? Prioritise fixing my connection? All I ever get is wait 3 days and maybe it will come back. Sorry not our fault. At this point it’s completely your fault even if vuma is having problem

@Dan_Apter So sorry about your experience Dan but Vuma did notify us of an Active Ethernet Outage as well as a Fibre break, affecting some users. Engineers have been working on restoring services. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused.

@AxxessInternet 5th outage in as many weeks. I have had internet for a total of 4 days this month. Vuma has been to my property four times to try resolve the issue, installed a new fibre router and the problem persists. The problem is clearly on yourside but you refuse to fix it
