@RunsWritesCode I'm the same. I've got a CompressSport belt and prefer to use that with a vest rather than pack. We have the same logic but that pack looks really nice so i might have to invest 😃

@DanielSimpson87 I had a North Face Summit Run 8L hydration vest and a Summit Run belt as I don’t like too much weight on my shoulders. Stuff I could need urgently (like head torch battery and an E-lite to see to change it) was in waist band, as were poles (so I could wear jacket over pack).

Darkness into light… Tough overnight conditions (torrential rain, trails turned to mud slides) only made this finish sweeter. It felt quite symbolic.

I despair. The Ben Nevis summit shelter is, as the name suggests, a refuge for people who may require it in an emergency. Instead it’s been used as a dumping ground for selfish people who can’t be bothered to take their sh!t home.
