Is this the best way to handle this problem though? Many new nurses were never even precepted properly due to staffing shortages and burnout preceptors. Could there be a better way to show them their faults without blasting them here? The nursing shortage is increasing by the day. We must all become the change that we want to see. If we do not, there will be no new nurses and we will all be screwed!

I'm not sure what's in the water but we've had a WAVE of newer nurses falsifying charting and it's mind blowing 🥴🥴🥴🥴
