Meet Vera, the first complete AI privacy agent. Production-ready. Human-governed. Built for the teams that can't afford to wait. Read more here ➡️ datagrail.io/blog/introduci…

Privacy teams are responsible for answers they can’t afford to get wrong. And the answers are getting harder to find. When we started @DataGrail, I couldn’t believe privacy teams were finding data by hand for every data subject request. So we built the industry’s largest integration network and Request Manager to automate it. By 2024, DataGrail had grown into a complete privacy platform: leading the market in DSR automation, data mapping, assessments, and consent. Today, AI is exploding. Regulations are growing in complexity. Privacy teams need more than tools, they need an agent. 𝗘𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗩𝗲𝗿𝗮: 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘆’𝘀 𝗳𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲𝘁𝗲 𝗽𝗿𝗶𝘃𝗮𝗰𝘆 𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁. We’ve been working toward this for 7+ years. Today, I'm proud to share: privacy teams get an upgrade. With DataGrail, the Agentic Data Privacy Platform. Check it out here: datagrail.io/blog/product/i…

Privacy programs weren’t built for the AI era. Seven years ago we started @DataGrail to transform how companies manage data privacy. Since then, hundreds of privacy teams have automated data subject requests, mapped where personal data lives, implemented consent, and managed privacy programs at scale. But the world has changed. AI has exploded the number of systems touching data. Regulations keep evolving. The complexity facing privacy teams today looks nothing like it did a few years ago. So we built something new. Tomorrow, we’re announcing the next chapter for data privacy. Stay tuned.

💰 $1.55M. That’s what Healthline is paying in this record-breaking CCPA settlement. While Healthline displayed a consent banner appearing to offer consumers the ability to exercise their right to opt out of targeted advertising and third party data sharing, the banner did not actually disable tracking cookies. Healthline’s settlement isn’t just the largest dollar value to date, it also introduces new constraints on their business practices. We break it all down here and share practical next steps to protect your brand → hubs.ly/Q03vHQVq0
