9 months ago I had surgery on a torn labrum and partially torn rotator cuff. After months and months of rehab, I got back on the mound today for the first time. God is good.

There are some things about baseball that I miss dearly, but this is not one of them. You can say what you want but standing in the outfield and shagging BP in a blizzard is not, in any way, shape, form, or fashion, fun.
