@DavidJonesStore Order number is 15717739 there should be two items, a fan and a set of urbanista headphones. I have to return both, the fan is noisy as hell and the headphones just don’t work. I have sent the headphones back to you almost a week ago but have not heard anything.

I'm not one for consumer rants but omfg get this! I bought headphones from @DavidJonesStore with Christmas money. Yesterday DJs sent me an empty box... TODAY DJs sent me the headphones separately and when I turned them on, THEY TRIED TO PAIR WITH ANOTHER PHONE! THEY WERE USED!
