@JVC_UK do your "smart" TVs come with automatic volume increasing technology?? Mine seems to jump to 100% volume when it wants and is a struggle to bring it down again.

Insurance nightmare continued.. @AvivaUK are you able to listen, when I told a member of your staff to cancel and remove a claim, they left it and now I'm stuck with insurance issues. This is causing more problems than it is worth, plus a ridiculous price hike.

@InstaVoltUK is there a problem with calling customers when they have outstanding balances on account? Claiming you tried to take funds but with no success when there is this great system known as a telephone!!!! And an enquiry line fully auto? #crapsupport

@InstaVoltUK I have now resolved the issue by paying off the balance. But would like to know if this is a new policy as it has never happened before.
