This is Dorint Essen a 4* hotel in Essen, in NW Germany. Two British hotel inspectors see what happened after the asylum seekers left. Not unless it was the locals, the migrants trashed the hotel. I'd not think a graffiti artist would walk 4 floors up to scrawl. Signs are in multiple languages, there is broken glass everywhere, rooms have been trashed.
