No one coming to fix it. It fixes itself. By relying on what others left behind. We've spent decades engineering robots to need less better batteries, stronger materials, smarter sensors. The whole philosophy was: build it to last on its own. This team asked a different question: what if the machine just used what was already there? It's mutual aid. In hardware form. One robot's discarded arm becomes another's working limb. Nothing wasted. Nothing left behind. The irony isn't subtle. We built a machine to demonstrate a principle we've struggled to practice ourselves that survival doesn't have to mean going it alone, and that what looks like junk to one is exactly what someone else needed.
