@KnoxiteTheocrat Went to the original liberal, secular great books college that all the others derived from and none of the profs would have dared to speak about the authors this way in front of a class at least. Makes one think!

Even at my conservative Christian university with a conservative Christian great books (“classics”) program, we still had multiple professors who strongly lamented that the curriculum was mostly full of “dead white guys.”

I have wondered this about Christian theology. Do Christians believe that Jesus was *fully* like any human child - occasionally a real pain to deal with, unruly, disobedient? Because that's like most of the difficulty of raising kids.
