@DeeWeb85 My girl requested time off for an important trip for us later this year and they knew the context and still tried to give her shit. She was stressed and I told her we are going on that trip regardless, just a matter of if you’re returning to this job or a new one🤷‍♂️

Sometimes you need to remind these managers that when you request a day off, im not really REQUESTING. In reality I am telling you im not coming in, if you want to pretend you have some say so in the matter then more power to you. Im all about the self-esteem.

@blackgodwayne I still was getting like 12K in a office. Constantly going back and forth. Take the stairs. Walk during breaks and lunch breaks. Workout after work, running kids places. No excuse not to get over 10K before you hit the bed.
